Unit Detail​s

The front door opens onto the main floor which has a spacious and comfortable living room, attached to the dining room with table and chairs and including a desk for computer work.

A fully equipped kitchen opens off the the dining room with full size appliances including dishwasher, microwave, a coffee maker toaster, etc. Off the kitchen is a private laundry with full size washer and dryer and a half bath. Also on the main floor is an attached garage with interior entry.

Units have a king size bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Bedrooms are located up one flight of stairs along with the full size bath. Small enclosed yard ideal for small children. Pets are not allowed, due to allergy issues.

Immaculately clean, meticulously maintained.


ALL utilities included (electric, water, cable TV, wireless internet).


All units are fully equipped with housewares, dishes, cookware, towels, linens, cleaning supplies, vacuum, ironing board and iron.

Rental Detail​s

A 30 day minimum stay is required, along with a fully refundable damage deposit. Rent is due monthly in advance, any unused rent will be refunded, provided a 14 day notice is provided.
